o Type 2 lunch

A cup of steamed broccoli
Pita pocket filled with mustard tomatoes and roast beef

A piece of fruit
A 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts

A type 2 diet menu for dinner

• Dinner of a type 2 diabetic should be light and be focused more on healthy protein. You can find the mentioned nutrients by eating lean meats, poultry or fish.
